Alex

Starting this month, I have lent my beloved Hypermotard to Justin. Since he is now bikeless due to a crazy lady demolishing his Triple, and since he expressed such joy in test riding my Ducati, he will take over as the longterm test rider for the bike.

So, we were able to find the girl that hit my bike, and her insurance company accepted fault. Unfortunately, the bike was determined to be a total-loss… I’ll have to part ways with the Street Triple, and I hope she doesn’t end up rotting in a junkyard.

Here’s a few last pics of the Street Triple.

The following is a video of my ride down from the City to Santa Cruz via the CA HWY 1, along the coast line. Pretty windy and cold, but the heat coming off the bike was enough to keep me from freezing.

Last Saturday I went out riding with some of the InlinePerformanceMag team. We were checking out Justin at his motorcycle class which happened to take place in a parking lot of a old reservior… and I happen to see the steep inclined hills and how the transition perfectly into the pavement. I had to try to out… My first run I was a just testing it out and a little bit scared. After Alex bet me a beer I wouldn’t ride to the top I had to show him what was up. Check out the vid!

You’re in a rush, you grab your bags… throw on your helmet and gloves… go to start your bike… and nothing happens. That’s what happened to me today. Luckily I live on a street that has a slight incline. Instead of pulling out the jumper cables, I decide to push start my bike. Lucky for you, I made a video too. Enjoy!
